Add the following:
1 – bunch green onions or chives (sliced very thin)
Cracked black pepper and garlic to taste (I use the grinder you find in the spice isle at your local grocery store.)
1/2 package of mini pepperoni
1/4 cup olive oil with 1-TBLS Italian Seasoning stirred in
Blend all together – wonderful as a stand alone lunch or as a side dish to a steak or chicken entre.
You can pair this with either a lighter red wine or with a crisp white. I would suggest a Voignier or a Pinot Noir.
